This oil bottle is meant to be seen. Functional and decorative at the same time, it has a certain unpretentiousness about it. Made of Elizabeth Bells Ceramics' house speckled stoneware clay, it can hold any small oil-type liquids that you prefer, such as olive oil and vinegar.
 
The bottles are hand-dipped or poured with glaze and then fired to 1280 degrees making them incredibly long-lasting! Being handmade, each is unique with its own character. While we recommend hand washing as the safest method of cleaning, this piece is dishwasher (and microwave) safe. My makers mark is on the base. (eb)

Each is made with the intention of being different. No two are the same. 
The items you see are an example of the product, and possibly not the product you will actually receive. Minor variation in design, shape, size and colour should not be considered as a defect, but as a valuable and important aesthetic characteristic. Precisely because of these differences, you should be able to appreciate and recognize that this is a crafted, handmade creation and not an industrial product.
