Eyelash Extension Aftercare

For the first 12 hours avoid getting the lashes wet to allow the glue to completely dry

Clean lashes are healthy lashes and longer lasting, it is a must to use a lash cleanser every 2-3 days

To extend the life of your extensions a sealant to waterproof and protect the lash adhesive

Do not use a steam room or sauna for the first 48 hours to allow glue to cure
-
When drying your face do not rub instead blot your face and apply a gently pressure to your closed eyes then allow the extensions to dry naturally

Don't try to dry them with the towel or hair dryer

Do not perm or curl the extensions using eyelash curlers

Avoid wearing mascara as this will lessen the life of your extensions

Do not use eye make-up remover that contains any type of oil products
-
Try and sleep on your back to avoid crushing your extensions in the pillow

Do use a lash brush to comb and keep lashes from tangling and laying the right direction

Do use a silk/satin pillow slip
Lash Lift After Care
A Lash Lift is a very low maintenance procedure, however for the first 24 to 48 hours whilst the lift is still settling into place here are a few things to ensure you get the best results

Be gentle with your lashes, no rubbing

Try sleeping on your back for the first 24 hours to ensure no rubbing of the lashes on the pillow

Do not get your lashes wet for the first 24 hours

Do not use any hash products on your eyes/ lashes

No eye makeup/ mascara for the first 48 hours, avoid waterproof mascara
-
Swimming should be avoided for 24 hours
-
No other facial treatments for the first 24 hours

The use of sauna/ steam is possible after 24 hours; however it may weaken the affects of the lift
-
Combing of the lashes is often required to keep lashes in place, a lift is recommended from 4 to 8 weekly
