The Spotted Quoll Aromatherapy Heat/Cold pack – Lupin & Lavender, Double Trouble
Heat: Heat for 1 minute in Microwave, check, rotate, and add for an additional 30 seconds to a minute
Cold: Put in freezer until cold. This makes the perfect cold pack and natural cooling on hot sticky days! Leave in overnight for best results.
