STEP 1: gently exfoliate your body skin, paying extra attention to elbows, knees and heels (insider tip: coffee grounds are a great zero waste option). 

STEP 2: apply the self-tan milk evenly in smooth, circular motions (we recommend using a self-tan glove). 

STEP 3: make sure to wash your hands thoroughly after use. 

STEP 4: wait for a few minutes before getting dressed. 

STEP 5: to intensify your tan, reapply after 6 hours.
