A light, yet rich olive oil with notes of vanilla, peach & melon, green leaves, biscuit, caramel sponge cake, no bitterness, lighly astringent with pleasing lingering warmth.
 
The grove is located near the northern end of the Coal River Valley in southern Tasmania, an area selected for its warm summers and cool temperate winters. Chosen to ensure the extra virgin olive oil is as rich and pure as possible.
 
The quality of the cold press, cool-climate, unfiltered extra virgin olive oils continues to be recognised with national medals in every year since establishment.
