Founder
MÁDARA was founded in 2006 by Lotte Tisenkopfa-Iltnere, and is based in Riga, Latvia.
"As a child, I spent my summers exploring Latvian nature, picking wild herbs and listening to grandmother’s stories about their healing properties."
Lotte’s fascination with nature’s treasures grew into a serious research interest. MÁDARA pioneered Northern ingredient innovations 15 years ago in partnership with biologists and dermatologists.
